Night Bus routes (N1 - N8) are marked on the normal bus stop signs
There are ten night bus services running from Bristol City Centre on Friday and Saturday nights which start at midnight (so technically they run in the first hours of Saturday and Sunday). They also run on New Years Eve (again just after midnight so actually in the first hours of 1 January).
To see the night buses on the map, click the bus icon and then in the buses section click the "night" icon. This will show all of the night bus routes on the map. It also lists the night buses in the side bar.
Clicking on one of the route numbers in the side bar will show only that route on the map along with markers for all its stops. Clicking on a stop shows the departure times for the stop. Note that you need to change the date and time to see times for the night buses which only run in the hours after midnight on Saturdays and Sundays.
The eight "night-flyer" services N1 to N8 are fun by First Bus but subsidised by Bristol City Council. The fare is £2.50 for all journeys.
The bus routes take an hour and are generally circular starting and ending in the city centre (rather than reaching a destination and then returning along the same route). There is one bus per hour between midnight and 6AM on each route.
There is another night buses (N50) run by South Gloucestershire Bus Company. The journeys are not hourly and only run for the first few hours after midnight. They are one way starting from the city centre and go up the M32.
The N50 route covers Bromley Heath Road, Dowend, Frampton Cotterell, Yate, and Chipping Sodbury and costs £4.00.
